Meet Jessica Guerrero,

M.S, RN, NBC-HWC

I’ve been a nurse for close to fifteen years now, and I know what it’s like to feel burned out and unsure of what to do about it. I spent years in hospitals and health systems trying to do my best to care for my clients and my team and create change from inside the system. It’s hard and important work, and because I wasn’t taking care of myself well, I ran out of steam fast. I personally turned to food for comfort and escapism and had to learn to reclaim my life, my energy, and my health.

You don’t have to feel exhausted, lost, and alone. And you don’t have to self-soothe or escape with food, TV, or anything else. We all need our own help from time to time, and I’m here to help you find your way to living a life you enjoy and feel satisfied with.

This is your one wild and precious life! You get to decide how you want to live it. What are you waiting for?

I believe in giving back generously so know that 10% of what I make in my work with clients goes to two different causes that are near and dear to my heart. One is Partners in Health, specifically a project to improve maternal and infant mortality in Sierra Leone. And the other is World Central Kitchen which provides meals and disaster relief in communities that have been devastated so the people can recover.
