I am a Licensed Eating Freely Practitioner, having taken advanced training to specialize in this area. This training is internationally approved as an advanced, Continuing Education training for Health Coaches, Nutritional Therapists, Medical and Mental Health Professionals.

I became certified as an Eating Freely Practitioner because I found that the women I was working with often struggled in their relationship with food. They’d think about food often throughout the day and frequently live by many different food rules or go on serial diet plans. Each time, hoping for the magical cure to get the weight off for good.

The Eating Freely™ Program feels like a breath of fresh air and focuses on the whole person so my clients experience a transformation that will provide solutions that last.

The Eating Freely™ Program is a structured, evidence-based program that was developed by Emma Murphy MIACP, a disordered eating specialist psychotherapist.  Over 10 years in private practice working with many hundreds of clients, Emma designed a comprehensive program specifically to support adults struggling with long-standing emotional / binge eating.

Working with me over 3-6 months, depending on your needs, together we’ll work through the program to finally resolve your long-standing emotional /binge eating. The program is built on four pillars of support:

  • CBT – Cognitive Behavior Therapy – to immediately reduce episodes of emotional/binge eating;

  • Nutritional Rehabilitation – to reset your relationship with food and begin reducing physical symptoms straight away;

  • Neuroscience – to break the autopilots and habits that trigger episodes of emotional eating. The great news is, it’s not you; it’s your brain! 

  • Mindfulness & Self-Compassion – this is where the deeper work begins. By separating your food from your feelings and your past from your present, you can let go of what no longer serves you and move on with your life!
