Individual Program:

  • Each session includes a follow-up on client goals and a discussion of progress, transformational health coaching, and personalized action steps

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email or Practice Better Chat during my business hours

  • Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles

Hybrid Program:

  • 16 weekly videos via Eating Freely Website

  • 4 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions during your 16 weeks in the program

  • Each session will be a follow up on the goals you’ve created aligned with the videos, a discussion of progress, transformational health coaching, and personalized action steps

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email or Practice Better Chat during my business hours

  • Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles
