Approach

Nourishment

What we eat and drink each day impacts our energy levels and can prevent, treat, and reverse some chronic illnesses.

My approach is simple:

Most women nowadays wear many different hats and we need energy to show up how we want to in every area of our lives. So it’s important to figure out ways we enjoy refilling our energetic vessels so we’re not running on empty.

My coaching program offers simple, evidence-based solutions that can fit into your daily life. You want to feel less overwhelmed, more like yourself, more motivated and energetic, and the great news is you can feel all of those things! Let’s get started.

During our coaching relationship, you can expect us to talk about topics like:

Together we’ll find a type of movement you enjoy and get you active regularly so you can fully enjoy your body and your life.

Rest

Talking about rest can include restorative sleep as well as mental, sensory, creative, active, emotional, and social rest.

Disordered Eating

Many people struggle to have a positive relationship with food. Many of us have long participated in diet culture and if you’re ready to get off that wheel, we will work towards finding freedom and peace in your relationship with food. If you are experience patterns of overeating, emotional eating, or binge eating this is the place for you.

Managing Stress

Everyone has stress, learning how to manage it is essential for your every area of well-being. We will create a plan with strategies you can take with you anywhere.

Social Connection

Positive social connection is great for managing stress and providing support while creating lifestyle changes. We’ll identify your network of positive connection.

I’ve discovered that I do my best work with women who are:

  • Curious

    • People who aren’t afraid to admit that they might not know something yet and know they can still learn new things and grow as a person.

  • Empathetic

    • People who understand and share in the emotions of others.

  • Adventurous

    • People who enjoy trying something new and challenging themselves a bit.

Testimonials

“With Jessica coaching, I felt more confident, and because of that confidence, truly believing that I could accomplish my goals helped my motivation. Even though I had setbacks with my health, she was able to support and encourage me, and help me recognize my small acheivements which helped my motivation to stay on my journey.” ~ Rebecca

“Jessica is an incredible listener. True active listening is so powerful and very hard to find, even in professionals. I felt very comfortable to share vulnerabilities and to be honest in my responses, rather than engage in people pleasing like I normally do. She also had excellent resources for me to assist with diving deeper and finding the core of things. She celebrated all the little things I tended to gloss over, and everyting felt softly structured but wholly authentic.”

~Sara

“Coaching with Jessica has helped me in finding my “why” which makes motivation easier to come by.” ~ Kate

“She is enthusiastic and motivated and I know that she cares! She also has a way of asking really great questions that makes me think about things a different way.” ~ Jenny
