Eat the Frog

Hello Dear Ones,

Since it’s the beginning of a brand new week, I wanted to start the day with an invitation to try something that I’ve found super helpful over the past several months: Eat the frog (not Kermit though).

We each have items we don’t want to do on our list of things to accomplish today. It may be a workout, a conversation, or a specific task. Instead of putting it off and thinking about it, get it done first thing.

That way, not only will you feel great because you did the thing, but you also won’t spend part of your day dreading it or giving it mental energy.

What’s the frog you’ve got on your plate this week? How can you make time today to get it done so you feel that sense of accomplishment and the mental freedom of getting a hard thing done right off the bat this week?

If you’re ready to talk more about how to transform your life over the next 100 days, let’s talk in a free Where to Begin session. Since this is my birthday month, I’m giving anyone who signs up for my 100 day package an extra $30 off. I’ve got a couple of spots left for clients to start the week of August 28th! Imagine where you could be by the end of this year :) Dream big then take action in that direction!

This is your life! Live it well dear one.

With love and kindness,

Jessica

Ps. The fun thing I’ve been doing to take care of myself has been mini brain breaks throughout each day. Prioritizing a couple of minutes to intentionally recharge a bit by focusing on one of my senses has been a game changer. More to come on this in future notes!

P.P.S. Here’s one of my favorite songs from Kermit the Frog for some fun and inspiration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jS5fTzMP_mg&ab_channel=TheMuppets
